Photography & Videography Policy:

Only photographer(s) and videographer(s) expressly approved by the International Shiloh Shepherd Dog Club (ISSDC) are authorized to capture photographs or videos at any ISSDC-sponsored event for commercial purposes and/or for profit. All other photography or videography must be strictly for personal, non-commercial use. The sale or distribution for a profit from any photographs or videos taken by unauthorized individuals is expressly prohibited, this includes soliciting for tips or donations in exchange for pictures and/or videos taken.

How to Submit Win Sheets

• effective 1/1/2024 all winsheets must be submitted electronically
• winsheets must be submitted no later than 45 Days from Date of Show
• scan and email to: winsheets@issdcmember.com
• Each year the ISSDC will award the coveted Grand Victor and Grand Victrix (GV) awards as well as the top 10 National Selects (NS).

Handling Class Policy

• No impromptu handling classes shall be conducted at any ISSDC-sponsored event without prior approval from the Event Organizers. Any fees collected for approved handling classes must be directed to benefit the Club. Unauthorized handling classes or the retention of fees for personal profit is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action by the Club.

By registering for the event, the dog owner, or its representative, hereby assumes all risks of, and responsibility for, accidents and/or damage to her/himself or to her/his property or to others, resulting from the actions of her/his dog. The owner expressly agrees that the ISSDC and its assignees or any other person, or persons, of said groups, shall not be held liable personally, or collectively, under any circumstances, for injury, and/or damage to her/himself, for loss or injury to property, whether due to uncontrolled dogs or negligence of any member of said groups, or any other cause, or causes. The owner also agrees to assume all financial liability that may be incurred by the ISSDC due to the actions of themselves or their dogs regardless of the cause.
