James Skoor is serving his second year on the BOD. A breeder , showman, and lover of Shilohs for almost 12 years since he, and his wife Cat brought their first Shiloh into their home. A Aircraft mechanic by trade but uses his dogs in the philanthropic world where he has visited the local Ronald McDonald House weekly for over the past six years.
