Some of our scheduled events include, but are not limited to,:
- Two (2) Shiloh Shepherd Specialty Shows
- CGC, UKC Spot Test, & Temperament Testing
- Silent Auction
- Catered Lunches
- Rally Course/Fun Competition
We have rented a pavilion along with a wide expanse of field at Caledonia State Park near Fayetteville, Pennsylvania for the ISSDC/Mid-Atlantic Region’s Annual Barktoberfest Event.
We have SO MUCH FUN planned for everyone this year. Like past Barktoberfests, this will be a casual weekend to hang out with friends, love on plenty of Shilohs and Shilohs-by-association, and earn some show points. We’ll hold a conformation show on Saturday morning and the second on Sunday afternoon.
Temperament Test will be on Saturday following lunch, with Rally Course competition afterward. CGC and UKC Testing will be on Sunday morning at 9:00 am. There will be catered lunches for both Saturday & Sunday available. We’d like to see everyone get together for a “Paint Your Pet” social on Saturday evening at the hotel conference room and, of course, hotel shenanigans are always on the schedule!
We do encourage participants to pre-register so we can estimate how much food and drink we’ll need. Follow the links below for detailed information about the show.
And lastly, we’d like to offer a silent auction with the proceeds going to the ISSDC/Mid-Atlantic Holter Program and other endeavors that support the ISSDC’s mission.
