CONGRATULATIONS Ebby

Zion's Ebony Wings-Eagle's Nest is the first Shiloh Shepherd in HISTORY to complete APDT Rally Level 1. Ebby's proud owner, Erica Pytlovany, can be sure her very special, "rescued from New Zion Kennels" Shiloh girl has gone down in history as the first of our breed to ever achieve a Rally title! Love and dedication can move mountains as Erica has proven in her achievements with Ebby.

CONGRATULATIONS Elke & Jennifer

We want to formally congratulate Jennifer Storer-Folt & her girl, Ch Miracle's Adalheide Elkanah who recently became the first Shiloh Obedience team to earn a leg from the Canadian Association Of Rally Obedience! This special working team is racking up titles right and left!

Elke is also the first Shiloh to earn the Pre Companion Dog Obedience title from the RBPCO as well as 1/3 legs toward her Companion Dog title. Not to mention obtaining her CGC and Herding Instinct certificates! Jennifer is also competing with her second Shiloh now, Regal King Magnus of Kellisa, is well on his way to becoming the second Shiloh to earn the RBPCO PCD as he already has qualified for 2/3 legs! Magnus is also certified for Herding Instinct.

Way to go Jennifer! You are really making a huge contribution to the breed by breaking new ground for our breed in the working community! Thank you so much for all your efforts!

Jake Wins

Jake is a beautiful smooth coated Shiloh, very much like his famous grandsire, Ch Hilltop's Triton King Of Zion. He is proudly owned, trained and handled with much love, by Charlene Larson. Jake earned his Canine Good Citizen award from the AKC at an early age, but that was only beginning.

In 2005, Jake and Charlene began competing in APDT RallyO competition. They earned their RL1 Title, placing in all three trials - 3rd, 2nd & 1st (in that order) with scores of 198, 198 and 196. Jake also received an "Award Of Excellence" for his high scores and for completing his title in only one year! In 2006, this Shiloh obedience team doubled up on their accomplishments... Jake not only earned 2 legs toward his RL2, placing 1st and 2nd in those trials with outstanding scores of 204 and 202, but he also went on to acheive his RL1X! This requires a qualifying scored in 10 trials, in 8 out of 10. Jake's scores were an amazing 200 and above. He also placed along with some of the top competitors in his classes in 5 out of 10 trials.

Charlene and Jake won their second "Award Of Excellence"! Jake's average scores are consistantly above 200, highest score to date (1/17/07) is an incredible 209 which his he earned 3 times at separate trials! The APDT award "Magna Cum Laude" for teams who have earned 3 scores of 190 or above. So far, Jake is currently titled with his CGC, RL1-MCL, RL1X, RL2-MCL and has earned his first leg toward his RL3 with another 1st place win!

• Update: CONGRATULATIONS to "Jake" (Jake CGC, RL1-MCL, RL1X, RL2-MCL, RL3 (1st leg) who received a Special Award for not only placing in the APDT's National Top 20 Rankings, but also the highest scoring dog/handler team - #1 in the RL1X Level! This is an accomplishment to be VERY proud of.
